What was will be set free
exists no more in my reality.

In the dimension beyond,
I stand in the clearing in a
moment of divine perfection,
the slate wiped clean for me,
and hear reflected back words
I wrote nine years ago...

"So maybe..." the words echo
from the void from which so much
will yet emerge. "So maybe, 
after so many passages through
the stone archways of time..."
His voice is distant. I know
at once where life is calling.

The world has shifted on its axis
and I will not tarry. It is finished
and it has begun. And I will be the one,
complete enough to carry the cup
and trust somehow strength
to meet me on the way. 

For though this new phase
of the journey begins fresh, 
there is the necessary letting go
of all I know. I walk alone and
also never alone, embraced  
by emerald heart of hope. 

What will be is what was
and is only that which is eternal.
