This decade has held me with its iron claw and crushed all I thought I knew. Time has taken me beyond realms I can reach, hollowed me out and shut me up tight without my interpreter, the wind. With predictable movements I come and go striving to live, to love as I did so easily then, before the shining burning moment of you. But it’s as if I am trapped inside the belly of a giant machine and there is no room for hope and there are no suns.
Deep in my bones I feel the call to freedom, but all ways are blocked to me. In small spaces I create soul movements fueled by memory, but they lead me only to the edges of time that binds. I close my eyes and find eternity where we will find each other. There I find my peace. There I am free. There I am as I have been - yours.

I really like the first verse, especially that last line- I also like that although this is thick with words in form, it isn't heavy with them, which shows you know what you want to say without over-expressing. Nice one.
