The conventional wisdom and platitudes
of the ubiquitous everyman loses
its universal appeal and fades
into fixed remote machinations
of modernity, becomes
irrelevant, exposed here
in collective consciousness
of what is past.
The obtuse thoughts and veiled ambiguities
of the poet-recluse press their way upward
and out of shadowed obscurity
to reveal faces once hidden, masked.
An uncommon common man
peers through the murky mirror
cut upon the jagged edge
of our future.
The exotic images of every day
emerge from a jungle of confusion, dazed.
They illuminate the now mundane
monotonous meanings, mired mind

to create, and so accept
the chaotic perfection
of our present.
Time tunnels twist and turn themselves inside out,
succumb to warp-speed wormhole ricochet
of infinite possibility,
multidimensional mastery.
Becoming within this void,
we break time-space barrier,
give birth to worlds being born
in divine time.
