surely once upon a time you felt
and heed this warning if for nothing else
so that their lives be held

I ask it for me too 
for I feel your pain whether I wish to or not
and it would assist me in being
who I need to be if not to have your support
physically then to live peaceably

Listen to your heart
and do not go blindly into what seems celebration
but find what courage you are given
and see truth and walk away from all else
without the need to fight
