Choosing to receive
or sit in the losing,
lost to self

In an illusion
you perpetually create, 
making yourself wait.

In your mind's eye
this makes all sense
to you who value sense

And sensation,
all things physical
and what you name as real.

If you could only feel
that most true in you:
eternal truth—

That flame from which
flows the river running through
the ground 

You stand upon.
I become the wind
wrapping you in love,

Until you too
shall lift this cup
and drinking deeply

You will be filled.
