Poem #1111 Stability shall be returned in full with interest due and interest to the child wrongly harmed
And who paid the price for all of this corruption?
Not I who find pointlessness in prideful, petty
persistence of the many who would yet condemn.
Condemning no one, still they have turned against me
and maimed in all that they projected onto me
one true thing, beautiful blessing given to me—
A little child robbed of full strength of mother's love
and presented with your little lies, evidence
of nothing but your greed and the seed of something
Other than love.
Other than love,
What then is left? Other than what is right before
you... one choice that remains so long as you have breath.
The air turns stale. My eyes are pale. Birds gather round.
No protection to offer when unprotected.
You have crucified me a thousand times over,
all of you who fail to tell the truth. His father
Told me many times they would kill me for my love.
My true Father has held me through so many years,
so many tears—and all of them for child I bore.
