I am ready now to walk through fire's ring,
fly into realm of radiance, to be

At peace after such a storm in me, to sail
beneath the stars upon the open seas.

Or, better yet, just to sit in stillness where
I have always belonged, to remember

How it was when I walked with you or maybe
to walk with someone new. And even if

Alone to be the all in one, one in all,
I am afraid, but I know you as true . 

So I will meet you in a field, out beyond
places and spaces we have been before,

If you would welcome me, be patient with me
(God knows you have been), honor my truth and

Share what you know of what the hell happened here
on earth, listen to a scorpion's tale,

And put my former name to rest so I might
rest now and receive new epiphany

Or simply sleep and then dare to dream again,
usher in what the world has never seen

In quite this same way, whatever that might mean.
Whatever day, I'll meet you on the way.
