All my life God shared this truth, that
if I would keep my heart open
and build the world I imagined there,
solid ground would be provided.

And in such place foundation for
our future would be there made plain.
And so my aim all these decades
has been to prepare the pieces,

To hone my gifts, allow full reign
to creative exploration.
And I am happy to have made
these three: joy, service, harmony

My guiding trinity. If all
that's left with time that's left is just
to walk in the woods and create
whole worlds of wonder from within

Still I shall be happy and blessed.
As Thoreau put it, "The sun is
but a rising star." I'll go far
holding faith's firm foundation near.

So I truly get it that you
cannot see value of my choice.
I hope you could extend to me
same courtesy, live and let be.

This dream alive in me will not
die just because another deems
it silly. My legacy shall
be my love unfailng for trees,

For birds, for ancient song rising
and what's held true in time. Castle
or no castle I walk free, dance
with wind that always loves me back.
