it is time
to stand
before your government
your president
he who wants to be

shall he never be
except within his stroke broken mind

where young girls
color his dreams

in the belief of reality
as truth
men against the windmills
of illusion
of what we are told
against
of what we see

what has become of your
the holes of a republic
shine through
when democracy becomes
the delusion of the many
I am often wondering why so many in this country cannot see that the king has no clothes. They dream of an America that never was and allow this tyrant, this narcissistic fool, to run roughshod over principles of fairness and equality that the United States of America has always stood for.
