Written for our nephew and his wife.

Just Married!


By Kathy Armijo


 



 Mr. and Mrs.
What a lovely sound.
To the end of time, may your love abound.


Today and tomorrow hold such bliss.
May it always be as tender as that first kiss.
So many memories are in store.
How could you ask for more?


Here are some gentle words of advice.
Talk things out.  Yet, be precise.
Always be the first to say you’re sorry.
Work on the love you share today.
Then, it will always be there.
Remember, this love can’t be found elsewhere.


God’s blessing to you from those who admire you most.
For it is YOU, Mr. and Mrs. Armijo, that we toast.

Kathy--this is one of my favorites. Maybe just the simplicity of a few words of advice. Does draw us to our own toast. Keep it up. Lovely gift.
