I’m sitting cross legged on the floor a pillow in my lap come lay on the floor and rest your head on this pillow gently my fingertips stroke your head opening gateways inside your brain allow yourself to relax release everything weighing your mind have no thoughts..no thoughts in this time allow these words to guide your way relax your mind relax your body relax your spirit just breathe see now with your mind’s eye deep, dark, blackness, nothingness in the distance a light, a pinpoint become aware of this light like a star, it pulses each pulse brings it closer and brighter become aware of light as it stretches towards you like a beam now gently, slowly, closer reaching out to you radiating upon you embracing you it sparkles, it glitters billions of specks of light its brightness enters every cell of your being feel it within you feel the vastness of infinity lingering with you loving you feel yourself expanding becoming this light glowing and pulsing you are this light it bathes you in calm it removes your worry it loves you completely it soothes any dissension become aware watch it now as the ray gently recedes in pulsing return to pinpoint leaving its stardust glistening and sparkling with belief of knowing you have been touched by light and love

A very 'touching' poem, Debby - almost felt like I was being hypnotized into seeing that soothing light.
