Was it the moon
Or something greater
Did you feel it too
It knocked me off balance

I Felt it come on
In one grand swell
It tingled my fingers
Then down to my toes

An energy shift
And a pulse of light
Came on strong
As a wave of growth

You have to be ready
To ride the wave
It will tug and pull
You right out of 3D

I stubbed my toe
To answer the phone
Why are you late
Forgot an appointment
Ran out of the house
Forgot my purse
Left on the oven
And the hose in the yard
When I got home
The dinner was burned
The yard was flooded
And I tripped on the carpet

I had to sit down
And ground myself
Knowing I’m out there
And yet I’m still here

Growing pains take varied forms
Sometimes its easy
Like light bulbs popping
Sometimes its spacey
Like forgetting something

It always takes a day or so
The energy will settle
And find its balance
It is ok….Don’t stress out
It is ok….Just ride it out
