Poem Artwork

was there something there inside the silence
something beyond a comforting peace

a past nightmare or bristled brow
bubbling to be released

deep within and carried deep
into our nucleus, are particles
and twisted roots of collected
consciousness

recognized. apologized, forgiveness
is compassionately expressed

for in the silence is gestation
of the creators illumination

beauty and peace are out of place
in a world that is filled of stress

come let’s bathe awhile
in steamy water
and let everything relax

I wonder did you write the poem to fir the picture or the other way around. Either way the words add voice to the art.
