Poem Artwork

to be fulfilled by imagined dreams
perhaps is the spark of life
for if one never dared to think
would there be a thought at all
motivation of realized influence
change is a way of being
wisdom I suppose is
self perceived
like a carousel of ups and downs
new endeavors are exciting
many parts to a greater whole
I am always grateful for all
that I see and graced by
which I am shown

ultimately the truth be known
the choice of effective response
is in the reality of the creator
and experienced moment by moment
who can say what is pleasing
within the dual world
every person feels it different
happiness is a traveled road
and not the final outcome
lessons celebrate the learning
regret often a waste of time
to be a human magnificent
comes in all types and forms

Yes, life is a trip and a magical mystery tour that needs white, black and all shades in between to be able to fully appreciate all that we are and have potential to become. It is a Law that is sewn into the universe that we need tension in our lives to fully thrive... take our bodies, for example: good health is a balance of force within ourselves, isn't it? From a holistic perspective, nothing is entirely either bad or good in itself. Well thought out and constructed, Debby, thank you. Kate xx
