in breath of spirit
I feel light headed
when you arrive
I let go of the
worldly surrounding
familiar hardscapes
of form and matter
your truth, shines
revealing your heart
and soul
as I peer into your
eyes you peer out
as if through mine
 
life force energy
is a pleasure of mind
delightfully spring
and exquisitely
gratifying
I feel my heart
warm rush with
well being and vitality
when toes wiggle and
ankles orbit
heavy shoes drop away
exposing soft bare feet

the life force motivates us, vitalizes us, and soothes us as we move beyond worldly cares ... i like the train of thought in this poem, Debby ...
