Poem Artwork

suffering is self created
and the more one is
dependant upon,
that external view
the more often the
internal becomes neglected

there are many stories
every being has plenty
of who and what they believe
perception itself becomes
illusion based upon
what the I’s are believing

always in the right place and time
it is only the mind that creates
unbare-able existence
it is the heart who creates
pieces of matter
and though that too
will pass away
it is where the dreams are made

So right you are. We all have to look internally and let the outside take care of itself. We live as we think in our thoughts and can make our place a better place just by thinking before acting. Compulsiveness gets ms often, I try to learn a lesson each time, but still backslide sometimes. Good encouraging write here.

Wisdom from an enlightened soul! Love this Debby! It's good to be reminded that we create our own suffering,by giving our minds over to it!...ET
