When the fear of what it isn't

becomes greater than

the love of what it is

one experiences suffering

 

When the love of what it is

becomes greater than

the fear of what it isn't

one experiences happiness

 

living is simple

thinking about it is complicated

I don't have to think too long or hard to know that this is SHEER BRILLIANCE! If we could only know that the old acrostic is so true, in that FEAR = False Expectations Appearing Real, and just go with the flow to relax, let go and LOVE, then yes, happiness should be so much more apparent in our lives.
