The ticket said Gate 7
i stood at Gate 6, across was 5
and beyond was 8
however, gate 7 did not exist
or rather appear within the
appearance of the gates

turning in a circle
slowly, perhaps i could
imagine the appearance

the circle wavered
in the perpherial vision

looking again they now
all said Gate 7

logic would not be a tool
and doubt played a mischievious sound

therefore i tore the ticket into two
and all the gates disappeared

and it did not matter because
i no longer had a ticket
