integration tribulation
what are you thinking out there

the heart needs joy and peace of mind
powerful choices of individual
to nurture life's energy

misconception brings wounded children
avoiding and resisting feelings
time to heal duality
renunciation opens your heart

for you to truly know love
the fulfillment is not the object
but the emotions you bring about

life truly is a celebration
to continue to grow and evolve
