swollen eyes

she came to me while resting my head
sitting outside in the mid day sun
reminiscing about a place i'd been
with tales of 'once upon a time'

a magical realm i escape to often
filled with wings and
power dreams
i learn things there
i sometimes cry
empty myself of forgotten sighs

my eyes were swollen
and so were hers
we hugged each other
because we knew
we both know suffering too

the night had weakened
my usual strength
she felt me ache
and came to weep

it's good to cry
and cleanse oneself
provides a balance
to highs and lows

she said i'm well
but the house was stuffy
and opened all the crossing windows
said she liked it
when the curtains billowed

tonight she said
stand by the open window
breathe in deep the air
you'll see the pulse
and sparkling glitter
and it will comfort you

i light a smoke
she said good day
no worries i thought
as we parted ways

life is all about faith

Yes Debby, life is about faith and trust, and without these two ingredients life can be hell on earth. I cry also everytime I read a beautiful poem on the AD. I cannot give higher approval here than my tears.
I understand this you have written, cause it is a part of my make up also. Bill

Telepathy Will Change Your Life by D.E.Z. Butler

A way to use your mind for silent communication. Speaking about the methods in the book I have used since a young age. 21st Century learning. I also have a GoFundMe page to ask for funds so I can research with other people and add their experiences
