the room fills with steam
feel your body perspire

breathe in its moisture
aware of the presence
that curves to your back
its arms/legs wrap around

you feel the sensation
as your body dissolves
hands hold your shoulders
then slide down your arms

lifting your arms, the mind drifts
you become a bird
and flying sensation
that soars upon the wind

become aware what you are
owl, eagle, hawk, or swan
they all have strengths
to be who you are

aware of your body
relaxed and fluid
the hands touch your neck
and caress your chest

go into the heart
there are fires and caves
stand by the fire
and feel its connection

pulling you close
feeling your love
providing the timber
to keep it burning

aware of the breathing
on the back of your neck
hands slide down further
and rub the stomach

awakening within in you
the animal strength
wanting it hungers
it desires its prey

be it lion, gazelle
a bear or a lamb
all of the visions
have strengths to man

the hands pet the fur
and slide down the thigh
an energy rush
pulses the blood

your hips yearn to arch
the legs want to spread
your head leans back
the hands let you come

sweating the toxins
and poisons away
releasing in swirl
that goes down the drain

you lay back exhausted
yet feeling refreshed
a tingle inside
