Poem Artwork

sometimes it feels like a crowded train
the bumping and shuffling
as they move through the isle

the train sways and lurches
and they press against you
perhaps, innocently so

with the excuse me's
I'm sorry, and pardon me's
given with love, I'm sure

yet I'm entranced
within the blur of the melding
rolling to the rock of the train

my thoughts in swirl
to the one who loves me
always my heart he holds

delicately guarded
by his tendrils of ivy
his roots within my flame

Sounds like committment to me, Debby. A brush here, an innocent touch there, only brings images of the other. BTW, very nice poetic expression, too.
