Your beauty walks around on the edge of my mind
Your smile brightens the center of my life
How can I not be moved by you?
How can I not fall for you?
I look in your eyes, and I see the best of me
I see the man I've always wanted to be!
My feelings for you slapped me without any warning,
A blow I accepted!
But my moments were also tightly hugged
By the foreign hands of confusion,
A sense of touch that left me searching for new meanings.
Our friendship gave birth to surprised emotions,
And choked my fear of the immortality of the unknown.
To gain your heart, I'd have to go up against history
So for your happiness, I choose to live in misery
I don't wanna stand between you and what could be,
Though with every pounding beat,
My heart tells me that I'm the other half of our eternity
So, why am I left with a life full of new mysteries?
You're my one!
You're my dream!
Yet... so out of reach!
Now, there's an aching sense of sadness that moves easily through me
I'm unknown to myself,
Chained in the depths of regrets.
I lost her...
I lost my way to forever!
