I have tried to show the stupidity of hating someone simply for being different from you.
I hate you because you are black Why? Well you're different than me That's the reason why I give you flack Surely its real easy to see I hate you because you're gay Why? Well you're different than me That's why venomous words I say Surely its real easy to see I hate you for being the opposite sex Why? Well you're different than me That's the reason you I try to vex Surely its real easy to see I hate you for believing in a god Why? Well you're different than me I find such faith distinctly odd Surely its real easy to see I hate you people from another land Why? Well you're different than me Its time for us to make a stand Surely its real easy to see I hate you because your eyes are brown Why? Well you're different than me You even come from some other town Surely its real easy to see I hate you for being so short Why? Well you're different than me Grow some, you really ought Surely its real easy to see I hate you as you wear green Why? Well you're different than me I find your attire just obscene Surely its real easy to see I hate you simply because Why? Well you're different than me That is why we need wars Surely its real easy to see

it takes a lot of misunderstanding to hate people like this; i know what it is like to feel prejudice's sting because i have a problem with people who are mexican. i try not to dislike them or get angry at them, but i have a problem with their not learning english when they choose to live/work here. good points you raise.
