The Needed Door
Awaken sweet sensation
from the lull of surrendered sleep;
Vast memories of jubilee
your heart in perils silently weep…
Come upon a midnight sleigh
the whisper of tender strewn dreams;
Your heart is a sacred devotion
through passions of Christ's looming seams…
To hold in honors the torch of fire
your needs fulfilled in yearning's quest;
The sacred places inside of your soul
Are held within divinity's crest…
A suited armor through the love of Christ
your hearts embrace is sought forevermore;
Into the depths of your his forgiving love
where Jesus opens the needed door…

And my dearest Vickie, your closing is classic poignancy--
"Into the depths of your loving eyes
heartache has finally closed the door..."
Oh, I really love this poem, Vickie. It brings tears to my eyes. Absolutely beautiful!
Richard
Into the depths of your loving eyes
heartache has finally closed the door…
Love triumphant.
