masquerading erroneous intention

 Without A Clue

Tribal queen
Heiress to visions
Your temple builds truth
Inside the walls of judgment
A vagrant suits himself with ego
Claiming imagined knowledge
And the feeble power of control
He lacks structure’s viable evidence.

We see him through the ebon of darkness
His lips forked by the whipping serpents tongue
Stroking deception without a clue…

This well written piece was dark, and spooky too. I liked it.

Dark, strong and mysterious and I can so see this being recited by you in the dark shadows of a coffee shop poetry reading night. Well done Vic.

actually this kind of reminds me of the ancient myths and legends concerning the Adamic progeny of the Atlantians (sorcerers)and the offspring of Eve, the care-giving earthmothers driven off by the serpent race. i liked this a lot.

This has powerful imagery, Vickie! Imaginative and full of action.
Be well,
Christine

Vickie, my sense is that you are addressing the hypocrisy of one that deceives. As well as being a pseudo-intellectual, "a vagrant suits himself with ego". Perhaps, it is old Ned himself, "his lips forked by whipping the serpent's tongue". Both scenarios in my mind impose the burdens of veracity the "clueless" one could not surmount. An interesting perspective with your creative style. Thanks for sharing this my dear friend. Love and peace to you. Jon Michael

For me, Vickie, this is a bit demanding.
The writing is, as ever, excellent, but I can't 'get a handle' on the ideas or the ideas behind...but then I'm not at my sharpest today

John
