So profound, Dawn. On our personal journeys, whether we choose to spend or save the thoughts and memories rather depends on how their life within us affects us: the good stuff we travel with; the "dead weight" we need to perhaps jettison. On retreat a few years' back, I had a pocket full of pebbles which represented some of my "baggage"; it was extremely healing to name each stone and feel the weight of it go as I threw it over the cliff and out to sea... As always, such thoughtful work. xx

These few lines have had me pondering for ten minutes, and I have come to the conclusion that it is a message about letting preconceptions dissolve in the face of life's experience. What I'm not so sure about is if the preconceptions were positive or negative to begin with! In any case I'm probably right off track on all counts, LOL.
