Nice thoughts Dawn...meditation is one of those emotional characterizations of thyself...one only has to escape reality to find those ...actualities...
...AND WHAT IS TO BE, BUT WHAT IS...EXISTING IN ACTUALITY. SOUNDS LIKE WONDERFUL THERAPY TO ME...I'M GOING TO TRY IT. THIS WORK LED ME TO REFLECT ON THE WORD OF GOD..."I AM", HE SAID, "TELL THEM THAT I AM THAT I AM". FOR ME, REPEATING THESE WORDS REMINDS ME OF 'WHOSE' I AM...A CHILD OF THE KING OF KINGS, I AM! A MOST INSPIRING WORK...SO WELL DONE AND ENJOYED. THANKS FOR SHARING THIS KEEPER. LOVE AND BLESSINGS, IN FAITH, JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
A retreat from dizzying life, lovely poem Dawn!
I too like to say other things than "I am", but you are so wise taking a class. I just came up with this makeshift on my own, but I like to breathe in and out colors, and the words light, love, joy and for me, because it is my faith, Jesus.
I get the wiggles after five minutes anyway and start swearing under my breath instead!
Blessings,
Christine
Brilliant poem. It really doesn't get more basic than that. I am. That's it. Everything which comes after is a surrogate to which we transfer our indigenous identities. I am this, I am that, I do this, etc. All phony extensions of self in which we lose our true essence. In my recent poem Skyscrapers I talked about this too. It's all about phony extension of indigenous power to outside things then reclaiming it by way of asking the Universe for help. Please give me, nothing happens. Please help me, you receive sustenance, please use me (most highly evolved request in the Universe) and you're off and running with infinite power.
There you go. Besides, Dawn, if you are self-involved who will be for you? I like the A equals B situation here, and you are right. We are what, and who we are, sometimes in spite of ourselves.
I think, therefore I am, a philosophical fact, I am real therefore I exist. Another poem that plunges into the psyche of existance. Marvelous, curls my mind this early in the morning.
This combined narrative dialogue and play is about the uncreated, unborn and undying transcendent Self of God-consciousness and Buddha-nature. It describes an odyssey of transcendent Consciousness Awakening and Remembrance.

This book chronicles an infinite allegoric odyssey of Absolute Awakening in which a learned man, a mute man, and a recluse woman are the principal players. The mute and the recluse are the learned one's Teachers and Guides on his journey of Enlighten

There is the I AM, yet our I am is... ego?
Deep and more brain draining than one realises.
I think therefore I am... Am what?
to be\I am\you are\we are\us...always.
