When first we met, I looked at you Shinny, white, and like me brand new We traveled together on voyages through The Good and the Bad Oceans of Blue Though stained now and yellow And bitter of salt We end our beginning Our companionship halts I will never forget the times we have shared and in my reflection I’ll no longer see You donning my hair, so Fair Winds and Following Seas ©2002 Mark C.
