More Shadorma

A Spanish syllabic style of poetry, the Shadorma has a simplicity similar to Haiku.

The Shadorma (pronounced shad-oor-muh) contains 6 unrhymed lines with line syllables as 3-5-3-3-7-5.

MISTY RAIN

Misty rain
floating like a dream
cooling air
refreshing
brings solace to heated blight
young and old alike.


THE GREENING

Winter gone
nature's life abounds
blossoms sprout
landscapes green
fulfilling one more season
with delight to eyes.
