I cry for the little boy
used like an erotic toy
killed your spirit..twisted you mind..
hate lives completely blind
i can hear you cry
scrambling for the words just to try
to say something to reach you
just to be able to touch any part
I'm helpless to mend your heart
in a tiny white casket
a little grave they dug
should have been a hug
twisted and depraved
your feelings never saved
used to be make them feel
only your blood was real
watch the slow death they inflicted on you
because both of us we knew
they took what they wanted
dined on innocence till satisfied
trying to disappear
no safety felt near
eddy of broken dreams
let me take you to safe place
where their hands can no longer touch you
their intentions left undone
this time you have won
Touching poem.Your words really came across to the reader and almost as a fable, your tone is moralistic. You scream life's injustice and yet the 'little boy' has won. The poem transcends life with hope.Anne Pawlak.

Heart-wrenching...very moving write. Tragically, there's too many more with similar stories...
Just as life during the pandemic was color-coded with different hues representing different levels of danger, life in its aftermath has become shaded in similar ways. As a self-styled “Seeker of Beauty with Beauty,” (borrowing from a quote by W.E.B.
