Please come in out of the darkness.
And relax your mind and let go of the stress.
Let my calmness be your safe haven.
I can be all the peace that your soul is craving.

Allow your defenses to gently fall down.
And a quite sigh your only sound.
There is no longer a need to act so brave.
Hope that you salvaged can now be saved.

Let those that come here know that their safe.
Bring to them a warmth and restore their faith.
This is a place where your wounds can heal.
And your loneliness you don't have to feel.

This place that I speak of is only my heart.
Many may enter but few will ever part.

Sometimes all you can offer someone is a safe place........
