Don't want to be a whiner, but darn, my feet hurt. A busy, busy day in the tearoom. I have received all messages and will answer them tomorrow when I am not tired and fuzzy headed.
Hugs, Trish
Sugar pops and wee gushes of pink marmalade,
Twisted into curly rings upon an oceanic serenade,
As delicious spirals swirl majestically in waves,
Crystallizing mocha droplets for chocoholic slaves.
Majestic ballet slippers stipple a magical display,
Upon fluted ruffles, dancing effortlessly each day,
As tantalizing horns, whine sadly for all to hear,
And gusty woodwinds blast, bringing up the rear.
Oracles of operatic trios balance sound, one for all,
As tenor sopranos bellow down, diminishing to stall,
Fading rapidly into silence, while tingling bells ring,
Until winds die, quieting little dings that gently swing.
Exaggerated daydreams titillating at rest minds,
As filaments of sound, infiltrate noise that binds,
Increasing movement into tempo, gradually filled,
Until ascending death, spins, arrested and stilled.
Contraband Marriage, traveling along the hemline of loving after incarceration, is a love story written in lyric and free form, set in reality with a different ever after.
Quite a treat for the tongur reading this aloud
