Well, I must say that true healing is within ourselves. If we're not happy in thinking and learning about something, it's better to pretend that we're not there, and be some place else.

To force ourslves to accept grieve and unpleasant surroundings and drill ourselve into a corner is being ignorant to ourselves only.
