AWOL

Yes I've gone, across the sea
You won't hear much, for now, from me
The ship has sailed, the bird has flown
I'll have to leave you all alone

So take this time to search elsewhere
In love and war, you'll find all's fair
Enjoy this month, for I sure will
I've gone AWOL, but writing still

I'd like to go AWOL too, but only one could do it at the time. I couldn't see how you could keep up those inspirational poems for very long without changing the subject. That's how I've survived so long, writing on so many topics that I don't have to worry about running out of ideas.
