We all will need a day of rest
Or else we'll never be our best
If six days are enough for Him
The same for me, it's not a whim
For resting brings some great delights
And warms the coldest of your nights
An insight which may have been lost
Amidst obsession with fees and cost
The deepest things are always there
And all will pass, so have a care
The right response is strive for good
But take a break, you know we should
Then look, another day has come
The time for action, hear the drum
And act with wisdom, gentle grace
For rested, you can win the race

Rest makes the stress of work much much less stressful. Your poem hits it on the head; one day a week should be spent in bed, or at least doing something less taxing, and a whole lot more relaxing.
