You learn today by what you read
And then tomorrow, with surprise
You've somehow grown a little wise
Be careful as you fill your mind
The deeper powers are never blind
With children more than ever, look
They're quoting from that film or book
And now with strength beyond compare
The powers that be can find you there
Fear not, but see that none escape
When intervention comes to shape
Then what if friends from distant stars
Came down to mock our feeble cars?
The game is changed and new indeed
So now let's see where things may lead...

Reminds me of that movie, "What Things to Come." As the author of The Kaleidoscope Effect, I believe our friends from the stars would be quite unconcerned with our feeble automobiles and quickly replace them with people pods for getting around the planet and space with ease and safety.
