Bringing pain to those who love you never feels good, regardless of the circumstances. However, if bringing pain means sharing your difficulties, then you need to - for it is in sharing a load that it is lightened.
We all need to take a good look at ourselves and seek to improve.

Congratulations too on all your writing endeavors. Read your blog. You go girl. You still have the fire within you. When you leave this planet, take your pen and keyboard with you. Heaven has email, so I am told.
No, there are not answer to be found outside of you, because when the pain is real nobody out there will feel it, you are on your own.
But bringing pain to those that love us is not despicable, they should love us more to take away our own pain.
