My poem 'Their All Heading Home Now" is a different version from the one that I added to my blog, because AuthorsDen's computer software kept rejecting it.
Ronald Hull....The original version that I posted on my blog....I tried several times to post it on my poetry page, only to have it rejected each time, so I opted to post a generic version of the poem, which I feel is too watered down for my liking....
A very straightforward truth accented by two of my worst nightmares these days when I read what people write and post here. I'm not thinking I you, personally but want others who see my comment to realize that their spellcheckers are allowing this kind of mistake to be published for a very long time on the Internet.
Car's is possessive. You were writing about cars.
Their all heading home is a possessive pronoun. They don't own "all." You are writing, "They are all are going home now." Or, the contraction… They're.
A further collection of poems, many from years in the Middle East, but also the California San Francisco and Central Coast areas (Santa Cruz, Carmel, Big Sur, Berkeley, etc.).
