My days are running into each other I cant remember yesterday But Thats only cause I'm still in it Today seems hopeless cause I don't know when to begin it So I'm livin in this gap stuck between yesterday and today Sometimes I can't even tell whether or not I'm dreaming Hoping that my reality are those recurring dreams That put me at ease cause it feels safe and time escapes And I'm productive livin life in today Only to awake in a nightmare of repeated yesterdays Only it seem like I'm havin daymare's and nightdreams Where I'm trying to catch up to everyone elses pace But time seems to be taunting me Bringing up its face Every moment of every day And while I chase it speeds up the race It's like damn I can't catch a break Even sleep seems to evade me Coming and going as it please Leaving me anxious of its presence To escape into my dreams Praying to one day awake I mean really be alive Being able to grab life by the wings and fly Soaring through time independent of sleep Cause now my dreams are living with me If only I could find A place A moment a time To say Goodbye Glaring straight into the eyes Of my Yesterday

You had me hooked all the way through...I use to have a saying that helped me during those bleak times and it went like this 'this is going to be the only Tuesday I get this week, I'm gonna make the best of it.'

Captured is all I can say about this wonderful work! You said exactly what I feel on many occasions. "Sometimes I can't tell whether or not I'm dreaming, I'm captured in a moment, a space, a place, captured in time. No forward, no backwards, just stillness. Will it end? Do I want it to end?

Thanks for sharing and reminding me to say good-bye to yesterday. Maybe now I can embrace today.
