Are they not the world's resident beauties?

In residence

wherever beauty

is found

with their presence

serenading hearts abound

varieties endless

caressing the air

with fragrances

tantalizing - sweet

they greet my nose

ornaments fueling desire

flowers set passion afire

from mountain to glen

they gracefully descend

every human emotion

they elaborately transcend

birth, love and death

they celebrate all

flowers give emphasis

its proper due

flowers, my gift

to you
