Belle's recent poem of romance inspired me to share this piece written recently. Thanks Belle.

alive deep within the sensate memoirs

of my pensive anticipatory finger tips

arcs of her flowing feminine curves

captive within the pleasure of my nose

her womanly pheromones filtering in

rich with allure and promises of passion

living wine of my heart fermenting

lush and betrothed to love's must

shrug, toss my sentiments to the winds

I beseech the rights of recall to be kind

comprehensive yet minus details valueless

that might incite petty disgust or perhaps

openly challenge whimsical calls, juvenile

in scope, recall and flushing desires best

not tampered with by reasoning or logic

let chance and alchemy tell the tale

as their whimsy finds the way and will

This is a passionate piece, Jon. You created a strong sense of intimacy in the start of this piece - all the close detail. Nicely penned.

Very intelligent; thoughtful write.
I like the paradox of what could or if. Then, what the heck. Just let things take their course.

A wonderful way of saying, 'Don't Mess with Mother Nature.' The alchemy of young love is best left to fruit or spoil.

The desire to change and find miraculous riches is never ending but most true riches can only be found in the heart. Great job Jon.

Structurally excellent, Jon, the fluency and control of language, thought and feeling, not a question of 'packing in' as much as required but of organising the thought processes in such a sophisticated expression...this is writing of great merit ...'anticipatory finger tips' ...'living wine of my heart fermenting'...and two brilliant final lines.

You carried me along, mounting the curves of anticipation and found a chemist to cool my thoughts.
