There is something inside of me
and it won't come out
there is a forrest growing
inside ma throat
roots digging deep into my heart

I want to scream "but
my voice will only fade
in with my "Mothers of the Universe"
it will only mix in with my "Sisters of the Yams"
my "Daughters of ten Thousands Moons"

I want to scream but too many of us are screaming and I'm not sure if I will be heard

Thers is something inside of me
and I need it to get out
it is burning inside of me
and it is reaching inside of my mouth

I want to scream
because I can see it in her eyes
carried in the hands of my mother's Mothers
in the back pocket of my sister's Sisters
and starting to bloom in my daughter's Daughters

I want to scream "but
instead I drown it with escape routes
and it is starting to grow out of my mouth

There is something inside of me
and it won't come out
there is a pian tuggin at me
everytime Monica sings
"Oh and I love to love ya baby
"Oh and I love to love ya baby
.......at certain spots

and I want to scream
cause I know it's not just happening to me
I see it in the crooked backs of my Mother Earth
I see it in the sideways laugh of my Sister Ocean
I see it in my New Moon Daughter

and I want to scream
and I'm afraid to face the vulnerbilities
so I run, rock and dream

God I think it is growing cause everytime I drink it goes down in a hotline express, it explodes in my thighs, making the twinkle in my stars shine
telling me to go fill my hole

God I think it is growing cause everytime I try to get lost in a man's eyes he explodes before he gets inside and my uteris turns over still knocking
telling me to fill my hole

God I think it is growing cause my escape routes are all gone and I have know choice but to face her and find the reasons why like a frighten child I hide trying to fill my hole

There's something inside of me growing
growing to capacity
my mind playin tricks on me
cause the growing of the trees
be weeds
and I want to scream....
