Nurses were there when we were born and they’re with us till we die.

When others say they can’t or won’t, then nurses will say they’ll try .

Nurses have lists of people there who daily need tending to .
Nurses do daily things that have become difficult to do .

Personal hygiene is more than soap or sponging in a bath .

Ask nurses is it important and they’ll say to you "Not half " .
Prevention against infection is always a daily task .

Hand over greetings and weekly meetings what more can we ask .

Dressing wounds and medication spoons, late afternoons and nights .

Carrying out procedures responsibilities and rights .

When work loads are heavy and the evaluations are done .

Nurses together join hands and lift the burden as one .
