There is never any excuse from abuse . It must be stopped .Abuse a is slow killer and a disease to society .

I feel helpless when I'm isolated with those who can do me harm .
I feel sad when some people continue to disrespect me .

It makes me weak and I want to hide away from the world when I am abused .
I want to die but death will not come
- I am abused .

I cannot eat or sleep when I am deprived or my basic human rights .
Please excuse me sir I have no excuse
- I am confused .

I feel comfort in knowing that Jesus is there in my suffering .I know I am not alone .He has suffered and died for me .


Jesus help me to rise above it all .
I need to rise from these feelings of despair .I need to forgive those who have abused me .

I'm sick of people making excuses for killing each other .
As if they've the right to take a life . There's no excuses for them .


Excuse me for breathing .
I've something to say!
In the name of the Father and of the son and of
the Holy Spirit , Amen .


Excuses are exit's from mans inhumanity to man . May the future generations be saved from more excuses to come .


In being as we are , we crucified the only excuse we had . Jesus there's no excuses to justify their action .


Forgive them for they know not what they do .
You'd think we'd have learnt a bit after two thousand years but our excuse remains the same .


Bless me Father for we have sinned .
It's been a long time since our first confession .
I know I've no excuses.
I know who we can blame .


In the name of God there's always too much to do .
No time to pray .
Excuses .
Excuses .
They seem to make everything all right .


Jesus says ,
Love .
Do right .
So for Gods sake ,
do not kill in the name of love .
I wonder what the problems going to be tonight?


Who has the right to make excuses for his love ?
Not one .
Do not make love be the excuse .


Save us from being one of those blameless ,
nameless ones Father .
If we need an excuse to be so ,
may it be that you love the world so much , oh Dear Lord it's in a mess .
