Little boys long for love,
so not to be a boor,
Jimmy made his dove
a heart and started out the door.
His brain said no.
His body said no.
His heart said yes.
The snow was blowing
his heart was glowing
and the frigid wind did chill.
His body said no.

His heart said yes.
Toward his lover
he did slide,
cold icy wind
chilling his insides.
His brain said no.
His body said no.
His heart said yes.
They found him on Wednesday.
knee deep in a rift.
clutching his heart.
his valentine adrift.
His heart said yes
but it was too damn stupid.
