Malaga, the Costa de Sol of Spain
Where beauty is anything but plain
The people come from everywhere
While some decide to stay there
Picasso, Alcazaba, and markets
Paint a mosaic that’s on target
Lovers sit on park benches
Their love for each other never quenches
Older couples stroll beaches holding hands
Professed love they understand
Children cavort along narrow streets
Seeking a taste of confectionary treats
A city nestled between mountains and sand
Draws crowds from every land
Cobblestone streets and Moorish architecture
Each heart and eye does capture
A proud history of people and place
Where art, war and intelligence doth grace
The Mediterranean kisses a shore of significance
In this city of grandeur and magnificence
Shopkeepers and tapas that invite
Tourists with Euros and palates with delight
Ambience that captures one’s soul
In this Mediterranean Costa de Sol

Sounds an intriguing place to visit. I like going places without having to pay airfare.
