Your Time Was Right
On that fateful August morn, dear Lord, not so very long ago.
When on that day, it seemed to me, my clothes, my shoes, my hair, nothing seemed so right.
The feeling for me was, oh I'm such a fright.
I came to you several months before on bended knee, crying in despair.
I prayed dear Lord, if there’s a man for me, you need to show me where.
And on that morn when nothing seemed quite right, he stood before me in his own plight.
He appeared from no where Lord, with no help in sight.
It was your plan dear Lord, that we two should meet.
In your own time, it was your destiny at our feet.
We praise you Lord for your insight,
You held our lives in your Hands, until your time was right.

What a lovely poem about God's unique answers to our prayers, and I know He answers us according to His great mercy and love....in His time.
