For All Your Grace

Have you noticed the older we get the more health issues we have. I've also noticed the older I get the more I pray and thank the Lord for my many blessings, in spite of the "aches and pains".

 

FOR ALL YOUR GRACE
My eyes are feeling heavy now
I wish that I could sleep.
The days are growing shorter
My sorrows seem to heap.
My achy bones they follow me
No rest can I partake.
When I lay me down at night
My problems do forsake.
 
You are there beside me Lord
When at night I try to sleep
I feel your presence everyday
Your blessings I do reap.
 
When the morn does come
As it always does
I sit and watch the sun.
 
I feel the warmth upon my face
I’m grateful then
For all your grace.
For the love you give
To each of us
Without question or ado.
We only have to promise Lord,
That we’ll always follow you.

I can just picture you in sunny Florida enjoying the sunrise and thes sunsets too. What a great life you are living with your love of God and man.
