Knowing He is the Prince of Peace gives me great comfort. I hope you find peace and comfort from this poem.
THE PRINCE OF PEACE I sit in early morning Waiting for your voice The birds are singing in the trees I really have no choice, But to thank you for this beauty That surrounds me everyday The trees and birds and flowers I don’t know what to say. You are the Prince of Peace The one who sees me through You calm the angry storm When I don’t know what to do. In my autumn years, Lord I’m learning everyday To listen for your voice To let you lead the way. You are my Prince of Peace The calm I feel within You touch my heart with grace And tell me not to sin. I look to you for guidance I read your Book each day I hear your voice inside me Leading all the way.
